Biography

I’m a senior at Liberty University studying communication with a focus on sports journalism, and I’ll graduate in December 2026. I want to work in broadcast media, reporting the stories that shape a community, from breaking news to the local teams people follow.

I got my start writing for Liberty’s Club Sports website, where I cover teams ranging from figure skating and equestrian to ultimate and archery. In summer 2026 I interned in the newsroom at 12 On Your Side in Richmond. There I wrote and published more than 20 stories on crime, business, community events and sports, which gave me my first taste of newsroom speed and standards.

My 2026 reel shows my work as a multimedia journalist: shooting, reporting and telling stories on camera.
